Terms and Conditions for Ascot House
1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all guests (“Guests”, “You”, “Your”) staying at Ascot House, an apart-hotel operated by Brightfield Crowland Developers Ltd (BCDL) (“We”, “Us”, “Our”).
1.2 By making a reservation or checking in at Ascot House, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 These Terms and Conditions may be subject to change, and any changes will be posted on our website or provided to guests directly.
2. Reservations
2.1 Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or via third- party platforms.
2.2 A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation.
2.3 Reservations are subject to availability. In the event of an overbooking, we will attempt to offer alternative accommodation or a full refund.
2.4 You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation at Ascot House.
3. Check-in and Check-out
3.1 Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability.
3.2 Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
3.3 Failure to check out by the designated time may result in additional charges.
4. Payment and Cancellation Policy
4.1 The total cost of your stay will be confirmed at the time of booking.
4.2 Full payment is required upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
4.3 Cancellations or modifications of bookings must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time to avoid any cancellation charges. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
4.4 For long-term bookings (e.g., stays over 7 days), a different cancellation policy may apply.
5. Use of Facilities
5.1 Guests are permitted to use the facilities of Ascot House during their stay, including any communal areas, fitness centre, or other amenities provided, subject to availability and any applicable terms or restrictions.
5.2 Any damage or loss to the facilities or property of Ascot House caused by guests may result in additional charges.
6. Housekeeping
6.1 Regular housekeeping services will be provided during your stay. This will be provided once every 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
6.2 Additional cleaning services may be requested for an extra fee.
7. Behaviour and Conduct
7.1 Ascot House is a place of peaceful accommodation. Guests are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to other guests and staff.
7.2 No noise disturbances, illegal activities, or other disruptive behaviours will be tolerated. Any violation may result in eviction without refund.
7.3 Guests are responsible for any actions of their visitors while on the premises.
8. Smoking Policy
8.1 Ascot House operates a strict no-smoking policy within all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas may be available on the premises.
8.2 A cleaning fee may apply if smoking occurs inside the rooms or public areas.
9. Pets
9.1 Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of booking. If pets are allowed, additional charges may apply.
10. Liability
10.1 BCDL is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property during your stay. It is recommended that guests secure their valuables.
10.2 BCDL is not liable for any injury, illness, or accident that occurs during your stay, except where required by law.
11. Parking
11.1 Parking is available subject to availability and is inclusive in your booking rate.
11.2 BCDL is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft to vehicles parked on the premises.
12. Accessibility
12.1 Ascot House is committed to ensuring that its services are accessible to all guests. Please inform us in advance of any special requirements to ensure we can accommodate your needs.
13. Data Protection
13.1 By providing personal information during the booking process, you consent to the collection and use of such data by BCDL in accordance with our privacy policy.
13.2 Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of your stay, including processing bookings, payments, and communicating important information related to your reservation.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
14.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of UK.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
15. Force Majeure
15.1 BCDL is not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or governmental restrictions.
